Listing Package Two- The same photography as package one, along with image entry and all data entry into the MLS. $75/$80.
Listing Package Three- Fill out Listing Contracts, and Data Entry of MLS, per listing. $50
Are you interested in a Virtual Tour? I will create and post a video tour for your listings located in Henderson County for a one time fee of $85. For Buncombe, Polk or Transylvania Counties add $15 for additional mileage.
Open House Flyers, Brochures and more. Design and set up $25. Small changes after that $15 each time.
Want to keep up with buyers or sellers? Blasts e-mails to other Realtors? I can send out scheduled emails with your branding and information. One time set up fee for creating a template $25.00, then once set up, $25 per email. E-mails sent through Constant Contact and they come with tracking of all links in each email, as well as what each contact does with your emails.
